In 2000, the Irving Professional Firefighters' Association funded an endowment with the Irving Schools Foundation. This endowment funds an annual scholarship for graduating students of the Irving Independent School District. Our aim in this program is to assist students that may not have the grades required for scholastic achievement scholarships, yet still have the desire to further their education in some manner, either scholastically or vocationally.
